4. There are 16 examiners consisting of 4 advocates from the Montréal section, 2 advocates from the Québec section, 2 advocates representing the other regions and 8 stenographers.
The advocates from the Montréal and Québec sections are designated by the committee after consultation with the Bar of Montréal and the Bar of Québec respectively. The advocates representing the other regions are designated by the committee after consultation with the Association des avocats et avocates de province.
The stenographers are designated by the committee after consultation with the Association professionnelle des sténographes officiels du Québec.
For each examination, the number of examiners is based on the number of candidates admitted. There may not be fewer than 2 examiners, namely one advocate and one stenographer.
